It's all true though. At my old high school kids would smear shit and piss all over the toilet and floor and would writee dick jokes and other profanities on the stall walls. And the school was FILLED with niggers. There was bubblegum everywhere and constantly got shit stuck on my shoe.

That happened several times on my local FOX network when there was a flash flood or something.

It probably made more sense for people who grew up in the 60's or so because their TV signals came from local stations, a cable network would only do that for 9/11 tier stuff.
