Are the colors in this page working? It's a BUT less colorful than usual but it's to set the atmosphere a bit, like... have you guys seen these old fishing villages in movies where everything looks just a bit grayer? I think I might be missing something but does it look OK for now?
Also, title is a placeholder; first thing that came to mind because it hints as to what the story is about, but there's already a good movie about sea fairies with that name...
>>77090600That's a really cute illustration, good job.
>>77098191>The original first chapter had a few pages cut, which is why it doesn't quite hit the slasher/home invasion tone I was aiming for. But this is how a team works, and sometimes things are lost; but sometimes things are gained. Yeah, I can definitely picture how the tone would have changed if the team had allowed itself to slow down the pacing (not that I'm complaining, the first chapter got me interested in it so it did the job).
Though compromises are inevitable even when working alone (though maybe the word "compromise isn't the best suited); I mean, I work on on my comic every day after I come home from work, I could easily see my chapters being 20+ pages long... but I'm only one guy, the comic is weekly, so I don't want my story to find itself in Namek/The Boat/Whatever, so the pacing is (I think) rather brisk
