/co/ how would you rate this power set for a comic hero? 1 being the lowest and 10 the highest.

1.The power to fly through space unaided, by will alone.
2.Naturally detect radioactivity.
3.To speak and understand every language on the planet Earth.

pic unrelated.

>both comic book writers
>both anarchists (assuming King Mob is something to go by for Morrison's views)
>both have similar ideas about magic (yeah, Moore shits on chaos magic but if you read his article Fossil Angels, Morrison's actual activity fits right in with the idea of magic as art)
There is literally no reason Grant Morrison and Alan Moore shouldn't get along.

I bailed out halfway into the first episode when the first season was released, but heard it got a lot better and stashed away the rest of the episodes for a rainy day. So I finally got around to it almost year later, and ended up coming straight off season one and blitzing the second.

It's pretty great. The episode to episode carryover between characters and all that is by far the best part, a lot of it really surprised me where it was willing to go. The stupid little throwaway visual gags were great too. It's not a masterpiece or anything, even at its best parts most of the jokes are pretty hit and miss, hyper observational stuff jerking off about how self aware it is.

I pretty much avoided any conversations about it here to avoid spoiling it, how did everyone receive it?

Rewatching Korra has given me a lot more respect for it.

Season 3 especially is leagues better then anything in TLA.

The only really bad parts are season 2 (sans wan) and the last quarter of season 4.

Season 1 is solid beginning to end.

Season 2's spotty animation and bipolar writing was really underwhelming.

Season 3 was fucking great. I expected hate Kai but he and Jinora had some decent chemistry and his introduction was great. The only major issue I had with the season was how bad Zuko jobbed. The Exbendables were the best villains in either show

Season 4 started strong. Suyin going full self-important isolationist bitch, while consistent with her characterization and past, is far from sympathetic. The earth fuhrers new riech was kinda forced as well and the Collosus was just a bad idea, but Toph was gold and broken Korra was really well done. While I think Korrasami was poorly paced (Slight hints in the opening episodes with an ambiguous ending does not a strong romance make) there was a lot more going into it then most of /co/ gives credit for. Rewatch Season 3 if you don't believe me. While the romantic angle of it is up for debate, they did become very close both onscreen and off.
