They still are, though I'm actually seeing an increased rise in people dropping Quicksilver in favor of Mayday/Star-Lord teams.

With her new bead, she pretty much becomes built for follow-up/counter teams. If her passive doesn't proc, then that leaves Who? and his AOE move, and the Agent w/ whatever good shit he has.

Granted, Debuff protection and exhaustion do take a lot of oomph out of her. Probably the reason I'm still running the weather control device (and the reason I suspect others are as well)

Barring the D-List Co8 characters, the only one that pops to mind is Baron Mordo. Even then, he died because he was dumb enough to use Mindless Ones to rebel against Dormammu.

It was just a glitch and everythings back to normal now, but I thought I'd been penalised for exploiting a bug. I scrambled hard to get where I am and I'm not going to get back there in only 3 days if I have to start from scratch.

I thought I'd finally got a Defence set-up that was good enough to win once in a while, but apparently those wins are likely due to CVEs instead.

It used to work, but now it's pilfering out. I think it's the game's way of telling me that I can't rely on the same team the entire season. ...Then again, that would go counter to my theory that the game intentionally pairs your offensive matches to whomever gives your current team/loadout the most trouble.

From what I've seen, they all do. But I've been killing Drac after Drac with Spider-Noir and Union Jack running his soap and that Scrapper soap from PVP. Even managed to solo my own Drac by accident from the sheer number of follow-ups alone.

Best I can say is to bring ways to remove bleeding. I was dumb enough to run UJ/Noir against him. Fortnuately, I was smart enough to generalize Drac, but I was suckered into using my only debuff removal item before the bleeds came in.

I think this time I'll have to drop Noir for Rocket since Trigger Man never connects because of that damned passive.

The drac grunts are a pushover, though the protectors do get annoying. That said, I've only had one Drac flee me because my main power hitter ended up bleeding to death before doing any significant damage. Made even more embarrassing since it was a blaster Drac.

It's the same as Pin Cushion. It raises the amount of damage received from counters/follow-ups.

I often use Angela in PvE
She does a great deal of damage, can heal herself and can get a second turn if you play her smart

This is my main issue with her as well. Angela is really fun to use but her set up takes a bit of time and as anon said if you play at certain level you usually one shot a lot of stuff a lot faster anyway. (Arcahnid Set Agent and Blaster Hybrid are serial killers, always swiping anything in a single shot).
