There are also characters like Teri, Banana Joe, and Tobias, who tend to be more in focus but still only show up once in a while and are only used as background props or one-off jokes, not really developing their character.
Then there's Rachel, who I thought had potential, but they only gave her one episode before completely dropping her.
As for adults, I don't think we've seen much of Principal Brown or Ms. Simian lately. They also introduced this DOS/CD-i style frog who could be interesting if they ever use him again. He might show up in the background a couple times or have one line in a random episode but I doubt they'll really use him for anything.
I'm not saying it would be a bad thing to introduce new characters or anything, but I would like to see the existing characters in the spotlight more.
