>>76936272>though the morgendorffers are soft on communism, we know thatDaria sure isn't, at least not that I can tell.
>but they'd learn from each other that 'some of those disaffected young people are alright i tell you what' and 'not all traditional adults who aren't big on thinking are actually all that wrong' etcHank is a lot more self-conscious than Daria and get more bothered when he's around people who go against his conservative sensibilities. Daria is a bit more snarky and go with the flow kind of the type. You can throw her in a room with a bunch gays and gommies and she'd probably be fine just making witty underhanded verbal potshots that go over people's heads, until someone starting really getting in her face. Hank would be Bwaah-ing all over the place.
Daria would probably also help Dale make fun of Bill because why not.
Bobby would ask Quinn for fashion tips, which would disturb Hank.
Helen and Peggy would talk about how tough it is being as smart and intelligent as they fancy themselves to be, though Peggy would probably realize Helen is far more successful than she is and try her best to pretend they're on the same level by exaggerating the siginficance of her achievements.
I can't decide who Jake would get along best with, but a part of me wants to say Bill would do his best to make Jake more insecure so that Jake becomes more a copy of himself, probably by comparing Jake and Helen's relationship to he and Lenore's so that Jake starts to get scared.
Joseph would want to go out with Jane (who came along with her to Arlen because why not) and probably make some awkward spaghetti comment about her piercings, but I think Jane would just use that as an opportunity to mess with him.
And the last thing Hank would want is to be stuck somewhere alone with a guy like Trent.
