Orm fucking became King so that he could command an army to go to the surface world because he thought his brother was trapped there and he wanted to save him, when Arthur came to Atlantis for the first time he was willing to give him the throne.
There is no sibling rivalry or any of that cliché shit, Orm really loves Arthur even though Arthur is a dick and all over the place, Orm still cares for him.
