I spend the better part of a week doing this, carrying the mob boss around with his smouldering stump of an arm and force-feeding him if he gets hungry and just making him shit in his pants. I then demand he withdraw all his money from all his bank accounts, then I burn all his money and burn down the banks he used. After all this, I drop him off at a hospital to get his stump looked after and tell him not to fuck with me ever again -- not that he could anymore.

I burst into the facility, ruthlessly murder a few and make it clear there's nothing they can do to me, then ask who the highest-ranking guy is, then ask him who gives him his orders. Then I melt his arms off with my heatvision, murder the rest of the guards, then carry him off to find his boss. I then kill him in front of his boss, then melt the boss's arms off, and get him to tell me who HIS boss is until I find whoever hatched this plan to kidnap my family, melting heads and arms off the entire way. Then when I reach the director of whatever agency put this plan into action, I murder their entire upper staff.
When it comes to mob bosses and government agencies, you have to be forceful or the message just won't sink in.
