this style took over CGI completely. it's sad because it's disgusting but it tends to come along with really good animation quality

Hell, look at the original TMNT movie.. it was on the trailing end of that whole scene. What seems to a kid like just a ton of fun, actually has really deep concepts under the surface. the undercurrent theme of fatherhood in all of its forms..
