Like, half way through a linear story a character just vanished. Probably editorial but still stupid and glaringly obvious in the story.
The entire 6 issues was retcon'd with it's own conclusion, and nobody in the Marvel Universe remembers the events that transpired except for Bendis' OC time traveller Eva, who will never appear again.
The same arc presumably retcon'd Battle of the Atom, although even Bendis isn't sure how the two stories actually work together so it's hard to say.
3 years as the lead X-Men writer, at the helm of the flagship and secondary titles, and he didn't even finish HIS planned stories. His Original Sin story was twice as long as it was supposed to be, he had no AXIS tie-in and neglected to do any setup for Secret Wars.
None of this addresses the fact that his story went nowhere (Uncanny), nor that half way through his run he basically decided to drop it and cameo the cast of All-New in space as often as possible because he got bored with X-Men and liked writing GotG more.
To say nothing of the many other shitty qualities found in both UXM and ANX.
