I like Harvey a lot as a main character. Fee and Foo are typical ruffians getting into cartoon antics but Harvey isn't the sort of character you often see in these shows, let alone as the lead. He's a weird dweeb but he doesn't hate fun. I liked his idea of pranking people, it sums him up well
The world of the show is weird though, it feels oddly undefined
