or maybe, the story is about
how life changes you and your ideals, and breaks you. you might be the best guy in the world, and yet, life will find a way to break you>>76938657I hope that it won't discourage you from reading it, it's really worth it. The story has different tone that Metabarons (Which you should finish reading on your own, without waiting for poor OP, I mean 4chan is a bitch for storytime), but both series have one common link:
they both are about a seemingly villains, who actually want to be heroes and save the universe (literally). the story is not as over-the-top as metabarons and has more humor. However, Jodorovsky is obviously fascinated by the fluidity of characters dynamic.
In other words, a rapist turns into a gentleman, an unloving mother turns into a better person (but still not a loving mother), and a backstabber turns into a selfless hero.
