- Earth has 4 Green Lantern honour guards, they'd find and trap any incoming yellow rings (note: yes, one got through for Batman, but that was before they even knew about the Sinestro corps).
- The rings would either choose Batman or Scarecrow. Batman rejected the ring once already. That leaves Scarecrow, and Bats wouldn't allow him to go run amuck.
But it would be interesting to see Scarecrow having outer space adventures. I'd like to see that.
