Have Carol and Jessica be space cop buddies working for SWORD hunting down some intergalactic terroist cell that aren't the Skrulls while dealing with other alien criminal scum

Provides a setting that's different and free reign for the creators without having them have to validate themselves against other more popular and established characters on Earth.

The characters just need a story and setting that can allow them to do their own thing.
