It's not stated explicitly by a reliable character. Shmee says "there was no father" and they quickly move on to another subject. The fact that Anakin doesn't have a father just shows how shitty Lucas's script was. The way the movie presents it is so ambiguous. They never scrutinize Shmee's story nor do they expand on how The Force could ever impregnate a female. Instead we're just stuck in the middle. Hopefully Disney will address the issue in a way that isn't fucking retarded.

That's an actual genetic disorder called Kleinfelter Syndrome, and it's associated with a bunch of medical problems, and sterility.

Biologically individuals with this are considered female though, you need a Y chromosome to fucking develop male traits in the first place.

There is a difference between a virgin birth and a self replicating zygote. There is a breed of lizard in a desert on earth that somehow evolved the ability to clone itself without a mate. It was some holdover from when finding a male was hard, but then all the males died out and there were only female clones of the species left.

What happened with Anakin and Jesus was different because they had an extra element that set off the pregnancy. Otherwise Anakin and Jesus would have literally been almost identical to their respective mothers.
