Knightfall - Shiva beats Dick's ass in one panel, then he gets btfo by AzBats
Prodigal - Dick fumbles his way into a win against Two-Face
Brotherhood of the Fist - Dick jobs out to that whatever monkey guy so Connor Hawke can look awesome taking dude down.
Cataclysm - Dick does't do shit
NML - Dick doesn't do shit again.
Last Laugh - Dick beats the Joker to death with his bare hands only to get shamed by it and spiral into a depression over it.
Bruce Wayne Murderer: - Dick gets his ass beat by Batman. Also maybe David Cain too, I don't remember.
Early Grayson run - Dick gets shot by Deathstroke. Cassandra has to do the fighting for him.
Mid Grayson run - Dick gets the run-around from Blockbuster. Tarantula has to kill Rolly for him. Also, rape.
War Games - Doesn't do shit.
Late Grayson run - Dick lets Bludhaven get bombed. Batman has to come save him.
Infinite Crisis - Dick fails to rally the troops. Batman takes down Deathstroke for Bludhaven on Dick's behalf. Dick leads Superboy to his death. Dick gets shot by Alex Luthor,
Batman RIP - Gets kidnapped, gets free, shows up to help Bruce. Probably the most self-sufficient the boy hostage has ever been.
Batman and Robin - Dick gets shot by Simon Hurt, Batman has to come back through time to save him
Black Mirror - Dick gets played by Sonia Zucco, does some detecting, and the climax is all about Jim and Jim Jr.
Batman Inc. - Dick gets KO'd by the Heretic and lets Damian die. He comes back to beat on the guy a bit later. Mostly Dick doesn't do shit.
Forever Evil - An entire fucking event centered around Dick Grayson, Professional Hostage.
Are there any stories out there where Dick doesn't need saving? Any stories where he's not playing second fiddle, even in the books where he's supposedly the star?
