This bares out more discussion because a hell of a lot more people care about Dick than do care about Lobo's current incarnation, where the sexual assault of him was clear-cut and was treated as practically a joke, but I think Bunn's reaction to crit there was kind of a shrug.
Some of it's because of Dick, and I think some of it's because superhero comics dealing with sexuality well is... not a great track record. And people get on edge if they think sexual assault is coming up, which, also given comics track record, is another thing I wouldn't put someone down for fearing.
Good to see that the sexuality of Grayson isn't just cheesecake and does reflect on Dick's character, world, and other characters.
