2) wally's stories are the best of flash, dude was lucky. barry has to deal with venditti.

6) barry is a generic superhero. wally introduced legacy concept to comics. wally also went through a lot of character development, he didn't have pressed status quo

8) i think one of the main reasons, wally had a loooong run of good writers. from messner-loebs to johns he had a solid ran. only everything after infinity crisis was wonky and it effected barry too. best barry run besides silver age is manapul/buccellato because it had epic art to cover mediocre storytelling.
