If you could bring back Ed, Edd n Eddy for a 6th season (and possibly more) would you? If so, what are some possible changes you would make to improve the show?

Seconding here. Ed, Edd, 'n Eddy had a good run, and even ended on its own terms. A lot of cartoons don't even GET a proper finale. They're just rerun into the ground, even past the cancellation, until eventually replaced, as if nothing happened.

Only if I could bring back Antonucci with the full creative control he had before, and get all the original voice actors. Considering some are retired and Antonucci was the one who decided to end the show in the first place, I doubt it would happen.

Nah. It was still hand drawn, but they digitally colored the last season or two.

I never understood why people were so turned off by the later seasons. I think it became a little too fast-paced for its own good, but there were still plenty of solid episodes and jokes.

If I could retroactively erase all of seasons 1 through 5, I would. EEnE is one of the most overrated and obnoxious cartoons ever made. The designs are Megababies tier, and all the characters are loud, annoying and unlikable.
