Just downloaded seasons 1-6 of adventure time. Have only watched like 8 episodes before and thought they were pretty good for the most part. What am I in for?

It gets a lot more experimental later on. Tries to mix in drama, relationship stuff, continuity, and lore. Very mixed reaction on how well it was done.

I didn't care much for the first few episodes, but I got a lot more into it after a while. It has a nice atmosphere. And, yeah, consider the fact it declines after around season 3.
