Okay, so I'm going to an art school right now and I'm basically switching into Sheridan Animation.

The thing about animation as my prof keeps telling me is that only the most dedicated can get in and be successful. The moral dilemma is, every day I'm surrounded by newbies to art who think they're ACTUALLY GOING TO MAKE IT. After one year of fucking art fundies. I don't even know if I'm going to make it. I'm fucking rolling the dice.

How the fuck do I go around smiling and talking to these new friends knowing probably 70% will never go to an animation school this year (much less their dream school) and that 20% of those people will make decent money?

It's fucked how saturated the market is now.
