They're not really funny-ha-ha. It is admittedly clever to take some classic WB cartoon gangsters and make a retarded parody of them, changing basically nothing. I think a lot of the retards in that episode were classic cartoon parodies IIRC.

This is probably the single worst episode of South Park if you ask me. It's not even bad, but I can't think of one off the top of my head I didn't enjoy as much.

Timmy and Jimmy are both great though.
