>>77014159It was. Pretty much the rest of the entire episode was great, I'm not denying that. But this was hyped up as, oh shit, we finally get to see what Lord Dominator is like, and all we learn is that she's an invincible source of power that destroys everything and has literally no weakness.
>>77014141Maybe she'll be fleshed out, but again, I'm not holding my breath. I mean, he knocked her helmet off, showed her alter ego, and she didn't even flinch. The only possible thing I can think of about her is that she's hyperactive and that she likes candy. The big weakness of hers is going to be something fucking stupid, like she'll be distracted by candy or she'll be all hyper and will let wander or hater defeat her or something. It's more of the fact that she's only being used as a plot device for other characters than being treated as an actual character herself that infuriates me. I understand that she's not a main character, but like I said, the other minor villains have more personality than her!
I'm not saying "FUCK THIS SHOW IM NEVER WATCHING IT AGAIN", but I am saying that I'm really disappointed in how Dominator was portrayed in this episode, and I will continue to be disappointed if they don't make her interesting in some way eventually.
Also, there's the fact that Lord Hater went from pure unbridled fury to ooey-gooey lovey dovey generic kid's show love in a matter of seconds. I don't care about the wander/hater shipping; what I do care about is Lord Hater's piss and vinegar being taken out of him right as he's just started to get back to being excited about being the number one bad guy.
