I want to see a Marvel or DC universe where everything is dated on publication. So all the golden and silver age heroes are old now, a lot more legacy characters, everything that has ever happened in print has actually happened.

Basically a universe without retcons or crises.

I figured someone did something like this already, somewhere. But my DC version would have people like Jay and Alan in the same universe with Bruce and everyone. They're just all old now, Bruce may well be dead or his back is still broken from Bane. Dick or hell maybe even Terry would be Batman now.

Technically that is what happened in Generations, except the downside is that you have to put up with Byrne's desire to prop up Bruce and Clark and the expense of their descendents.

Karl Kesel sort of did this with a Fantastic Four Annual (I think it was the 1998 one?). Ben Grimm of the regular MU accidentally ends up in a parallel universe where it adhered to the publication history from Fantastic Four #1 onwards, but diverted after the Death of Gwen Stacy (Spider-Man quits after Gwen and Norman's death instead of continuing on in this universe). Ben, Wolverine, Doctor Strange, and Thor still remain unaging. Captain America would've been but he died while saving people during the Oklahoma City bombing

There is literally a million story about it.

Spider-Man is portrayed as a stereotypical nerd, pic related, hunched and with a lisp and after he gets bit by the spider he doesn't change in appearance. His verbal jabs would be nerdier than ever, but almost no one would understand him because of his lisp and his jumping around.
