Had there ever been a series based entirely on the happenings inside Arkham Asylum? Set in the Gotham world, but no real good guy. No Batman interference... Just every villain locked up in there, fighting for power, attempting to escape, etc.

I'd read the shit out of that, but also think it would be an incredible spinoff TV show to Gotham.
