meh, Shazam had Supes down pretty well in KC, and he obviously maintained some level of control so he prevented himself from killing Superman.

I like Guy Gardner, but most people write him as a comic relief or idiot of the DC universe. I think Tomasi & John's did a great job on him, I didn't care about him until their runs. Enjoying him in Soule's run right now as well.

Nope. Nico is capable of only casting a spell once in a specific language. She is however capable of casting that spell again if she does it in another language. Nico is definitely not powerful enough to destroy a planet with her spells. So a universe is out of the question.

Grow up, OP. I'm a huge Billyfag and I have no problem with Superman being able to beat him. Superman is *the* superhero, period.

The fight between Slade and him in the recent Robin: Son of Batman issue was great, Deathstroke didn't job because Damian only managed to hold him off for a while using the thousands of death traps of the temple he had spent a shit load of time memorizing years ago. Even then in the end Damian decided to take out his checkbook and pay him away since he knew he couldn't beat him.
