My predictions for #150 are that Rick will end up betraying his ideals, Negan(who is seen free but I'm guessing it's a Kirkman bait and switch and Negan isn't really out but more or less his ideals are seeping through Rick), he's going to deal with The Whisper situation in a way no one else would expect, he'll ally with them, yes a lot of people will be pissed off at this because Alpha butchered twelve(thirteen if you're counting Rosita's cuck child), but I'm guessing Negan will open Rick's eyes as to how useful Alpha and her people can be regarding the situation with herds since they can manipulate them, thus keeping them far from the walls and they wouldn't anymore have to go through another No Way Out scenario ever again.
I think the arc after #150 will be about Magna's people and where they came from. For starters, notice how they look a little TOO clean and well looked after as they came into Alexandria, I think they are from a village not far from the communities, Rick will use The Whispers to his advantage, stage a Walker attack after finding them via Eugine's radio(#150 will end with Eugine tinkering with his radio and picking up a signal from somewhere), after the attack, Rick himself will show up with a small team, dispatch the walkers and say that the village is now indebted to him in a manner similar to how Negan overtook the three communities.
