Dick, Jason, Tim and Harper's names were all on the list. They've been wondering if maybe Bruce didn't choose them by chance, that maybe he ordered them and had them custom made to be Robins.
Tim's parents are the only ones who are still alive. They're the only ones Dick can get answers from.
Of course how this gels with Tim Drake not being his real name and his parents going into Witness Protection to hide from the Penguin, well who knows?
