They are both Kryptonian so they should be roughly equal, however, assuming kryptonian physiology is similar to ours in regards to females and males, superman should have a slight edge. That is based on his muscalature and size, and assuming they store the same amount of sunlight.
Also it should be noted that superman is in his prime so he should be better at absorbing yellow sunlight, and has been on earth longer.
TLDR: They should be roughly equal. And pre flashpoint stated as much, just Kara didnt hold back as much.
