From a logical standpoint, there are differences between men and women both inherently and in cultural perception, which there's nothing wrong with.
For some reason, historically little boys' flaccid dicks are seen as completely non-sexual, just as a little girl's nipples are.
If you show a little boy with a hard on or a little girl's vag, that's sexual. Vaginas are inherently seen as sexual but penises only are if they're erect.
You may not agree, but that's the way it is and too many people disagree with you. There are plenty of other outlets for an artist to show as much baby vag as they want if that's what they really want to do. Currently the general public believes that cable TV is not the place to do that.
