In grad school I need her approval of everything I do in order to go forward and get my degree. But she's constantly forgetting to tell me important things until after they're due. Doesn't answer my emails for weeks. When I go see her in person, by protocol she has to pull out my file and update it,and by the time she pulls it up on the potato state funding computer, and types in all the info with her shakey hands she's forgotten what I came in for in the first place. Takes her 25 minutes to answer a Yes or No bureaucratic question. Even when I get an answer she will sometimes email me 3 weeks later to tell me she was mistaken. 33% of the time she has emailed the wrong person.
I can't even be mad at her because she's trying her best, but man is she slowly ruining my academic career.
