Anna was naive and sheltered. A charming guy comes along and pushes all the right buttons to win her over, and she wants his steamy foreign sausage so badly she sugarcoats the things that don't work ("we finish each other's" - "...sandwiches!"). No actual good person in his position would be pushing her into marriage like that; he would've said "fuck no, we just met" the same way Elsa did.
