>>6522110It was hard to get started. I tried for a little over a year through manual stimulation, breast pumps and fenugreek alone. All I got for my troubles was carpel tunnel, a few drops, slightly firmer breasts and a syrup-sweet smell.
Once I started taking domperidone, I gained somewhere in the neighborhood of a cup size, and my breasts became extremely sensitive. I was never not aware of them, and it was amazing to see the difference between after my evening milking session, and then in the morning, when I had been filling up all night.
I never had spontaneous let-down, but I did have one day where I applied light pressure, and sprayed continuously for over a minute. I only remember it because it was so out of the ordinary and amazing though. I'd like to do that again!
When I was first starting, I had shitty hand-expression technique, and I accidentially ended up with a blocked duct for a few days. Holy shit that hurt. My breast felt like it was constantly being stabbed, and I could FEEL the back up of milk being produced, but not-emptied. The relief when I finally cleared it was amazing.
TL;DR: Lactation is amazing, feels good, man.
