Some people love things despite the implications (any time there's a vore thread someone always mentions how they love vore but hate digestion). Some times people love it BECAUSE of the implications (one of my favorite parts of girls with breasts the size of beachballs or larger is the implications of minor inconveniences, such as having trouble fitting through doors, finding clothes that fit, reaching things on a table in front of you, pressing all the keys on your keyboard at once with them, etc etc)
