Do you guys ever made your own dildos?
I made one inspired on my favorite hentai manga: Futabu.

I made an accurate sized Sumika-san Dildo replica, 40x6cms.

Only reason I didn't go for Mao is because I wouldn't be able to take it, tough since I still have the mold, I might try adding some air pump in a second cast so It can inflate up to 12 in diameter.

Being able to take an extra large chance down to the balls i can tell you it takes LOTS of lube, practice, and dedication. It's actually easier than making a dildo since you wouldn't need to make a proper split mold. Same principle of that jelly/protein made onaholes. Haven't you watched shimoneta? Just roll up some cardboard at around 5~8cms diameter. The thicker the tube, the firmer and more difficult the onahole will be to expand, in other words, "tighter". and put some thin rod in the middle to make the hollow chamber.
I have tried done one and worked pretty well, but silicone, at least the one I use, is relatively fragile and I'm kinda thick (16cm diameter), so I don't like very tight onaholes. Since I already have a fleshlight, I didn't bother spending too much silicone and time trying to find the sweet spot/ration between diameter Inner diameter and outward diameter to the given firmness of my silicone supplier.

Actually what I've been really interested lately, is really a very thick dildo. But I'm worried about the firmness of my silicone to make a real thick dildo.
I mean, for a 100% solid object, I can barely insert something larger than a soda can. In my country we have 350ml soda cans, which have a slightly bigger diameter than north america's cans. I believe I could take any size that could compress to 7cms without too much resistance,,
I've seen videos of people taking up an entire extra-large griphon, pic related, and was very excited by its shape. It's 8.9cms thick at the largest part. Was really wanting to make one replica of it, myself but I'm not sure my silicone can compress as much as DD default firmness. One option is too make it hollow or expandable with an air pump, so I could adjust it to any size and it wouldn't be as solid due to the air inside. But I've yet try to develop some Technic to do that.

Well fuck, I just discovered that the Silicon I use is based on Tin-Catalyst and that tin is moderately toxic.
While the amount of tin in 1 liter of silicon is very low, it is recommended to use Platinum based Catalyst silicone for direct contact with human skin.
However, while the Tin-based silicone is only 7 dollars per kilogram, the Plating based one is actually 50 dollars per kilogram. I wonder if that is why Dragon Dildos are so damn expensive.

Tough, till the early 60s, Tin-based cups were often common, and hardly anyone died from using then daily to drink wine. I think the amount of tin on the catalyst is so low together with the low frequency I use the dildo that I shouldn't really worry about.
