Abena makes diapers in different thicknesses, depending on your need. The M4 (Medium, there are also 'S' and 'L' sizes) is the top-end, but the M3 is still quite strong in its own right. These might also be helpful for your specific problem, since they have a wetness indicator. It also has a design on the front, but it's not what I'd call cute exactly, just moderately fashionable. These will be one of your cheapest premium options.
http://www.xpmedical.com/abriform.htmlMolicare is another medical diaper from Europe, notable for being purple. Good absorbency, though the color would probably be this one's main selling point over other diapers.
http://www.xpmedical.com/details/169670.htmlDry 24/7 are supposedly one of the best diapers for absorbency, but they're plain white. They also have an neat 'double-tape' feature, in case you mess up or need to adjust. If you haven't worn diapers before that might not mean much now, but trust me, it's a neat feature.

There are some other ABDL diaper companies springing up soon, but I imagine all this should be enough to get you started for now. Welcome to the thread, and the community at large. Hopefully your bathroom issue isn't too much of a bother, but if you need advice on things, we're totally around to offer whatever we can.
