I've been making wine for about 8 years, recently (3months) bought a still and have been hooked on distilling ever since. I'm getting better/more complex flavors than I ever did out of wine.
I need some new inspiration for mash/wash recipes. Please toss in your suggestions and would love to talk to other distillers.
