while its out, i have rebuilt a metering fluid pump to pump fluids, and have been working on the automatic tool(dildo) changer, but this shit is about as much work as a real project at real work , but when the robot cant move i get so depressed

however the intent of the no sex toys rule was to stem the tide of endless "how do I make a fleshlight?" threads... in this case op was asking how to program a robotic arm to follow a very specific pattern without inadvertently damaging things placed in close proximity... it was very much the spirit of DIY... seriously he bought a fucking robot arm and was trying to learn how to make it work...

rather like how you can make threads about restoring guns, because the intent of the rule was to stop the "how do I make bomb?" style threads...
