The best way to remove 100% of the rust from that would be to electrolysis it all off.
I don't have a clue what language you speak or if you know what that is, so heres a video, i hope you can translate from there.

Hook up positive (red) lead to a piece of steel you don't care about, or some carbon electrodes
Hook negative (black) to that abused shotgun
And just wait a few hours, the rust will fall off it, take a BRASS wire brush and just gently work the residue off under warm running water.
IMMEDIATELY dry and oil it with anything you have where you live, motor oil if you have to, it doesn't matter, just get the bare metal oiled.
This will not harm any factory bluing till on the gun.
Please disassemble the rifle first, into the smallest possible pieces, and do not put the wood in the tank ffs.
