Your circular saw can do most of your cuts, jigsaw can do most of the rest.
Tablesaw will let you rip easier than a circular saw, especially on long pieces.
Router will let you get some nice edges, and do rabbets and the like.
A belt and RO sander will make your life easier, but aren't required, hand sanding isn't hard, just takes a while.
Clamps, lots.
Things you won't need to start off as a beginner:
Planes
Scrapers
Scroll Saw
Band Saw
If/when you have need for them in the future, buy them. Don't blow your budget on them now.
