Thought I would give back a bit. I'll be slow responding but as long as you reply to one of my posts (thread watcher) I should get back to you

I'm an electromechanical design engineer (just got my PE in mechanical engineering). I have around 3 years experience working in a machine shop, mostly sheet metal, billet work, a bit of carpentry, and some plastic work (3d printing and acrylic work)

Ask a question and I'll try to give some answers or point you in the right direction

Others feel free to help answer.

I'm not all knowing, but it's my job to know a lot about design and fabrication.

My expertise is in fluidic connections, super high pressure fluids (and supercritical fluids) system design and figuring out how to do things in general.

I would have to go back to some text books for metallurgy or kinematics stuff
