Good luck with finding a cheap laser cutter, you're asking for a CNC xy table plus a high power fiber laser.

Laser cutters usually a laser tube and a mirror on each axis, not a fiber laser.

Still, even a relatively low-power, dirt-cheap, most Chinese-ass 40W laser tube you can find is like $150 by itself. Nevermind the XY table or driving electronics for either of these things.
