well yeah you cut two wooden triangles for edges. you can join them with battens if you want to stop them falling over or a brick on the outside and some concrete on the inside to hold it during the pour. then fill with concrete. make sure its not too wet or it wont sit at an angle for long. go over it with a batten and tamp it down as usual, leave a rough finish for grip.
unless you dig out the asphault and sink some rebar into the ground it won't be very good.
if you want to build the form and cast it first then fix it down later i guess you could do that too.
