A 600W PSU shouldn't really ever be used to its capacity, and most aren't anywhere close. 90% of the power draw in your average PC is the CPU and GPU. Even AMD's retarded 8-core chips peak at 140W, and a high-power video card won't go above 200W unless it has multiple GPUs on it.
Typical scenario, figure around 350W required by your average gaymen PC, 450W after factoring in PSU efficiency, loads in the PC other than CPU/GPU, and monitor.
Usual NA circuit is 15A, which, at 120VAC, is 1800W. Should just be able to plug in 4 computers per circuit.
Again, only applies to single-CPU, single-GPU, single-monitor configurations. If you have people in there with retarded SLI rigs and dual/triple monitors, you might have to bump that down to two per circuit to avoid tripping the breaker. If there's that one asshole with four GTX 980s and three 24" monitors, he's gonna need most of a circuit to himself.
