Get a picture you want to put on your wall.
Take it to Kinkos whatever your local photocopy shop is.
Copy it and bump up the contrast to eliminate as much gray as possible so you it is black and white.
Take the high contrast copy and start increasing the size using the scale function on the photocopier. Repeat this step until you have a big stack of 8.5x11s that when put together make up your image but blown up.
Tape your stack of paper into the enlarged image.
Carefully cut out all the black parts of the image.
Tape the whole cut-out image to your wall that you want to pant. Maybe instead of taping it you can use some adhesive spray.
Using spray of the color of your choice you just fill in the open area of the print that you cut out.
