How can I make money with lost ABS investment casting? I got the process down, now what should I make? Having choice overload.

im using 50/50 plaster and play sand mixed with water. hard to really give an accurate temp. i use a pretty simple brick and fire-mortar foundry with charcoal. if its melted, i pour it.

does it have to be aluminum? or can you do steel or bronze too?

I'd do a 18" Skull Knight statue in bronze. Would be so bad ass. Could probably sell them too

Could do either. My printer is set up in an air conditioned shop. I dont exactly stand around and sniff fumes for 6hrs while it prints.

PLA flows and burns much quicker than ABS without as much harmfull vapors.

good to know. i do my burnouts in a charcoal foundry well away from the house, and dont usually sniff that in either so i guess i dont give a shit either way. wouldnt mind working with PLA, but the health benifits on the smoke i dont inhale anyway isnt a huge factor in that.
