did it catch on fire? At the very least it looks like you're going to have to desolder and replace those transistors, but you don't know if whatever caused that to blow up also blew up the rest of the circuit.

okay, I don't know if it caught fire or not I just opened it up and found it like that. I think I may have mixed the ground and positive when I was plugging them to the amp input. It just wouldn't work after that. never saw smoke. if you know about this kind of stuff I'd like to send you more pics maybe you could give me a better idea of what I need to do. I'm greatt with installations and that sort of thing but when it comes to repairing an amp I'm lost.

Hey this is sort of on topic. There is no aux port in my vehicle. Even though it's 10 years old is it possible to add one? Pretty sure I could just pull out the whole sound system and replace it but there might be an easier/ less expensive way who knows.

Instead of the bluetooth just salvage an old jack( old pc motherboards or audio have that) and be mindful of the polarity and just hook wire up to it and thats it, or you could make your project into bluetooth instead of just aux jack
