I recently came into possession of 3 stepper motors but I'm not sure what to do with them. Does anyone have any ideas for projects that would make good use of them

At the moment I'm considering trying to make a CNC but I don't know if I'd even use it for anything.

I think the question was for ideas, not instructions. It was clearly stated that CNC had been considered and other alternatives were being sought.

Anything that could benefit from predictable motion.

- Automated Coffee Pourover Machine (rotate the cone as you dispense water)

- 3d Scanner (rotate the object on a turntable as you scan each line)

- Laser cutter (slightly easier than a CNC because you don't have to worry about the Z-axis as much)
