millenials didn't have an opportunity to really have their own subculture because of the stagnant cultural and financial depression of the late 2000s-early 2010s. People were grasping out for the next thing fashionably, and masculinity and vintage became a big thing for some reason. It was the equivalent of mullets and mustaches in the 80s and that's what it will be remembered as: a huge fucking mistake.
