also the bottom is to baggy for you, if you had good upperbody strength (especially chest and shoulders) it would look fine but right now it just fuck up your proportions

you can probably find a way to have it in a fit but it shouldn't be the top layer as is now

I got mine too large, and took in the sleeves at the shoulders so i'm not to sure,
just had a look then and the (German Police Summer Jacket) is only available in larger sizes, but at least you know more about it now.
